Regal88 makes no warranty that the Platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free from technical issues. We do not accept liability for failures caused by third-party payment providers, internet service disruptions, or events beyond our reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit regal88's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Upon termination for cause, regal88 may void any pending wagers, forfeit bonus funds, and withhold withdrawals pending investigation. Verified real-money balances (excluding bonus funds and winnings derived from Terms violations) will be returned to the Member following the conclusion of any investigation, subject to AML clearance.
Members may request the closure of their regal88 account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Upon receipt of a closure request, regal88 will process any outstanding withdrawal requests for verified real-money balances in accordance with our standard withdrawal procedures. Account closure does not relieve a Member of any obligations that accrued prior to the closure date.
